It was kind of ridiculous how fast the tickets came through. I had no trouble at all getting through the gate, super easy experience.

"Support were way too slow getting back"
I had a problem with my tickets and really needed help sooner than later. I sent a message thinking someone would get back quick, but I ended up waiting a few days, and that was stressful.
When support finally replied, they wasn’t rude or anything, but the answer felt slow and kind of unclear. For a ticket site, I feel like getting help should happen a lot faster.

"Checkout was fine, just a little clunky"
Finding the tickets was easy, but I don’t know why the checkout felt slower than it needed to. One step was kind of confusing and made me pause for a second, but I got the order finished in the end, so it wasn’t a huge deal

"Refund process has been a headache"
I canceled my tickets thinking the refund would be straightforward, but nope, it’s turned into this whole annoying thing. Support barely gets back to me, and when they do, it’s just some vague reply that doesn’t really explain anything. I’m still waiting weeks later. at this point it feels ridiculous. Anyway, great day, love spending my time chasing money I’m already owed. I don’t see myself using seetickets.us again.

The checkout showed the fees upfront, which is usually my shortcut for deciding if a price feels honest. I didn’t have to dig around or second-guess anything, and the total seemed fair enough to me.
